REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njuguna Kinuthia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Bahati/Kabatini Block 1/19590, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 56 of 2022, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Ruphas Waigongo Njuguna and (2) Willy Francis Njogu, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of LRA. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of Njuguna Kinuthia (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission LRA. 50 in the name of of (1) Ruphas Waigongo Njuguna and (2) Willy Francis Njogu, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Njuguna Kinuthia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
