REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tratisio Wairugu alias Tresicio Wairugu Githenji (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.23 hectares or thereabout, known as Chinga Gikigie/878, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Othaya in Succession Cause No. 63 of 2021, has issued grant of letters intestate to John Githinji Wairugu as the administrator and the beneficiary, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R. A. 42 in favour of the said John Githinji Wairugu as the administrator and the beneficiary, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Tratisio Wairugu alias Tresicio Wairugu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
