TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2024 By Samuel Karani Kirigia, of P.O. Box 402–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kirigia Marute, who died at Huruma Health Centre, on 1st January, 2012. CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2024 By (1) Tabitha Muthoni Kiama and (2) Joseph Muriithi Kiama, both of P.O. Box 156, Noromoru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kiama Wamiti, who died on 31st October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
