REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Benson Murage Ndamburu alias Benson Joseph Ndaburu Murage (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.05 hectares or thereabout, known as Mutira/Kirimunge/1017, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Court at Kerugoya in Succession Cause No. 237 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Jedidah Wairimu Benson (ID/1398524), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Jedidah Wairimu Benson (ID/1398524), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Benson Murage Ndamburu alias Benson Joseph Ndaburu Murage (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
