THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gathoni Njau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Gilgil/Gilgil Block 1/5206, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. E117 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Annah Nyambura Irungu, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said Annah Nyambura Irungu, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Gathoni Njau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
