Notice is given that Magenesi Musana, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kuria, registered under title No. Bukira/Buhiringera/1126, has applied under section 73 (2) of the land registration Act, 2012 to remove the caution lodged by (1) John Mogosi Masana and (2) John Kimune Mosana, please take notice that I intend to remove the said caution within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter unless I receive a written objection within thirty (30) days within the time here stated.
