TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 12th July, 2024 CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By Watwii Mukala Mukunga, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tulo Mukala Mukunga, who died at Mwingi Medical Centre, on 10th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2024 By Mutua Mwinzi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwinzi Katutu Mue alias Mwenzi Katutu Mue, who died at Mwanzilu Sub-location, on 10th January, 1993. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2024 By Rose Muli Kongo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kongo Muindi, who died at Kasanga Sub-location, on 16th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
