E122 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel Kinuthia Njoroge and (2) Lucy Wanjiru Silange Ndirangu, both of P.O. Box 78–00206, Kiserian in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Kinuthia, who died at Olchoro, Onyori, on 27th October, 2010. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By (1) Rose Akinyi Walo and (2) Bishop Arnold Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 31, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Odhiambo Walo, who died at Ongata Rongai, on 7th October, 2022. E47 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Nyambura Njeru and (2) Johnson Macharia Njeru, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josiah Njeru Ruo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 20th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2024 By (1) Elizabeth Nengina Sairo and (2) Benson Njenga Thairu, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Turere Thairo alias Simon Turere Thairu, who died on 11th August, 2023.
