TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E436 OF 2023 By Joanes Okumu Okoth, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Oduor Okoth, who died at Bar Agulu Sub-location, on 4th July, 2007. CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2024 By George Otieno Omala, of P.O. Box 76–40608, Uranga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mishak Peter Akello alias Mishak Peter Akelo Omala alias Meshak Peter Akello Omala alias Mishak Peter A. Omala, who died on 17th October, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
