TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2023 By Joseph Kibet Kosgei, of P.O. Box 102, Moiben in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkosgei Kiprotich, who died at Kelji Sub-location, on 23rd April, 2003. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Nakhumicha Wangila and (2) Kelvin Kefa Nyongesa, both of P.O. Box 960, Kitale in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wycliffe Nakhumicha Wangila, who died at Mochongoi, on 11th March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
