TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E314 OF 2023 By Johana Cheruiyot Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 82, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony Chemitei alias Chebalich Chepkwony Chemitei, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya, on 24th August, 1985. THE KENYA GAZETTE 12th July, 2024 CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2024 By Kirui Gideon, of P.O. Box 28, Chesinende in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono arap Kwae alias Kiprono A. Kwae, who died at Township, on 1st January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
