NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Magellan Logistics Kenya Limited and/or Good Freight International Company Limited to take delivery of Containers reference Nos. VOLU 291555 7 20GP and CULU 620935 5 40HC from Gatune Engineering Works Yard Located at Bonje Area, Mombasa County within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all storage charges together with any other costs including the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the same shall be sold by either public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against accrued charges/costs and the balance if any, shall remain at the owners credit but should there be a shortfall the owners shall be liable thereof.
