NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st June, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 150, in Volume B-13, Folio 2359/21340, File No. 1637, by our client, Muia Kithokoi Mumo, of P.O. Box 106, Lunga Lunga in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mwea Nthokoi Mumo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mwea Nthokoi Mumo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Muia Kithokoi Mumo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Muia Kithokoi Mumo only.
