NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th May, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 638, in Volume DI, Folio 147/524, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Kenneth Ng’ang’a Mungai, of P.O. Box 73369–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mungai Kenneth Nganga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mungai Kenneth Nganga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kenneth Ng’ang’a Mungai, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all time to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kenneth Ng’ang’a Mungai only.
