NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th July, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 551, in Volume DI, Folio 1321/3684, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Fatuma Mohamed Hassan, of P.O. Box 510– 70200, Wajir in the Republic of Kenya formerly known as Fatuma Abdullah Affey, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fatuma Abdullah Affey, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fatuma Mohamed Hassan for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fatuma Mohamed Hassan only.
