TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Menza Kenga and (2) David Kambi Ndegwa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenga Menza Mwagaro, who died on 17th July, 2014. CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2024 By (1) Devis Makeo Mwavua, (2) Janet Fikiri Nelson and (3) Naomi Edward Kadenge, the deceased’s son and widows, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Livingstone Mwavua, who died on 28th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
