TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E337 OF 2023 By George Ochieng Guya, of P.O. Box 1, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Juma Okoko, who died at Ayucha, on 15th January, 2008. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2024 By Zephaniah Odhiambo Ongoro, of P.O. Box 3, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ongoro Onong’no, who died at Masogo, on 13th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
