TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2023 By Eliakim Osano Okoth, of P.O. Box 12, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Atieno Okoth, who died at Kamswa South Sub-location, on 29th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2023 By Patrick Otieno Ogoch, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Ogoch Masao, who died on 5th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By (1) Teresa Onyango Ogoch, (2) Joyce Achieng Ogoch and (3) Eliakim Osano Okoth, the deceased’s widows and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Ogoch Okoth, who died on 15th February, 2009. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By Dominic Ochieng Juma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Juma Rachier, who died on 8th April, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
