E178 OF 2023 By (1) David asiligwa Amuyunzu, (2) Alfred Mugomati Amuyunzu, (3) Enos Kellonye Amuyunzu and (4) Patrick Ambuga Amuyunzu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Amuyunzu Adagala, who died at Lusengeli, on 4th May, 2009. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2024 By Beatrice Khamende Busiega, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raheli Ebulegani, who died at Cheptulu Sub-location, on 23rd August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2024 By Bonny Bwosi Yeda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Yeda, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 18th March, 2019. CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2024 By (1) Solomon Ivusa Changilwa and (2) Jairo Evusa Masitsa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jamin Masiza Kyavulimu, who died at Jeptulu Sub-location, on 19th February, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
