TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E266 OF 2023 By (1) Michael Njuguna Muiruri and (2) Samuel Eliud Nganga, both of P.O. Box 781, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Muiruri Kamau alias Muiruri Kamau, who died at Muhuni, Kaguthi, on 2nd November, 2009. CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2023 By John Wanyoike Karungo, of P.O. Box 770, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Karungo Kigoro, who died at Kiranga Village, on 8th March, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
