E163 OF 2023 By Josphat Njeru Njagi, of P.O. Box 34, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanely Njagi Njiru alias Stanly Njagi Njiru alias Stanly Njagi Marinda alias Stanely Njagi, who died at Queens and Kings Health Centre, on 29th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2024 By Wanyaga Njeru, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichoni Ngati alias Giconi Ngari, who died at Kariru Sub-location, on 10th July, 1985. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbui Kimotho, who died at Kirima Sub-location, on 25th March, 2022.
