TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E418 OF 2023 By Gladys Oluso, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pennina Oyiela Josiah, who died at Tongoi Location, on 12th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E419 OF 2023 By Obet Ouya Amisi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Amisi Nyangweno, who died at Musikomoli Sub-location, on 15th February, 1986. CAUSE NO. 165 OF 2024 By Samuel Kegongo Ugada, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miroso Ogada alias Jafeth Miroso Ogada, who died on 26th April, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
