E159 OF 2024 By (1) Julius Mark Onyango Owuor, (2) Tom Simon Nyamor, (3) Benedict Odhiambo Mbayi and (4) Siprosa Mbayi Akonde, the deceased’s nephews and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karilus Ogada Oindo alias Ogada Oindo, who died on 19th March, 1986.
