E61 OF 2024 By Thomas Kundu Japani, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opiyo Okesa alias Opio Okesa, who died on 10th February, 1980. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2024 By Thomas Kundu Japani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhan Opiyo, who died on 8th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2024 By Thomas Kundu Japani, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odhiambo Okesa, who died on 1st August, 1999. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2024 By Thomas Kundu Japani, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nafula Okesa Ruboka alias Nafula Okesa, who died on 26th August, 2001. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2024 By (1) Pius Magina Wandera and (2) Trudeya Nasirumbi Wandera, both of P.O. Box 52, Mubwayo in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Wandera Wandera alias Petero Wanzala, who died on 2nd July, 1981. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2024 By Alex Adodi Wanda, of P.O. Box 52, Mubwayo in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Nerima Okello, who died on 26th May, 2007.
