E50 OF 2024 By (1) Abdalla Mahmoud Salim and (2) Agil Mahmoud Salim, the deceased’s son and administrator, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mahmoud Salim Swaleh, who died at Mombasa, on 7th August, 1995. CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2024 By (1) Muhammad Ayyub and (2) Bilal Ayub, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayub Mohamed Dada Essak alias Ayub Mohamed Dada, who died on 17th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2024 By Leila Amo Khalifa, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dick Tiger Khalifa, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 26th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
