TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2023 By (1) Hope Matendera Mruttu, (2) Jackson Kenio Kimbwarata Mmare and (3) Eunice Fatuma Kimbwarata, all of P.O. Box 26508– 00504, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Kimbwarata Loroghwa, who died at Kimorigo, Bomeni, Taveta, on 24th March, 2016. CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2023 By Eunice Fatuma Kimbwarata, of P.O. Box 26508–00504, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorcas Nyangulika Kimbwarata, who died at Kimorigo, Bomeni, Taveta, on 7th October, 2013. CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2023 By (1) Hope Matendera Mruttu, (2) Jackson Kenio Kimbwarata Mmare and (3) Eunice Fatuma Kimbwarata, all of P.O. Box 26508– 00504, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Kitondo Kimbwarata, who died at Kimorigo, Bomeni, Taveta, on 14th November, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
