Box 86926–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keith Nsange Shulunge, who died at Hewani, Tana River, on 24th March, 2016. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2024 By (1) Jecinta Ruth Wairimu and (2) Bob Francis Kimutwa, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Wariara Kamau, who died at Mombasa, on 5th March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2024 By Michael Otieno Ochieng, of P.O. Box 86042, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of probate to the estate of Billy Odhiambo Ochieng, who died at Mrima, on 2nd January, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
