E95 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Kache Michael Maskini, (2) Frank Mponda Maskini and (3) Victor Mponda Maskini, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harry Mitchell Maskini, who died at Bombolulu, Mombasa on 30th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2024 By Michael Arina Knight, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of probate of letters of administration testate to the estate of Thalia Katia Maria alias Thalia Katia Maria Castanha, who died at New Delhi, India, on 10th May, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
