E297 OF 2024 By Samwel Kimani Kanai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evanson Kanai Gitonga, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 19th August, 2010. CAUSE NO. E306 OF 2024 By (1) David Gichuku Kamau and (2) Stanely Njoroge Kamau, both of P.O. Box 146, Kahuro in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangari Kamau, who died at Muriranjas, on 31st August, 2005. CAUSE NO. E311 OF 2024 By (1) Stephen Mwangi and (2) Geofrey Wandeto, both of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wangeci David alias Margret Wangechi David, who died at Engashura, Rurii Sub-location, 15th September, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
