TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E492 OF 2023 By Gulamalishah Nurali Saleh, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roshan Abdul Kanji Devji, who died at Miruy Street, Kisumu, on 7th April, 2017. CAUSE NO. E266 OF 2024 By (1) Michael Omondi Marenya and (2) Alice Anyango Marenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfayo Marenya Mumbe alias Alfayo Marenye Mumbe, who died at District Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 5th October, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
