E450 OF 2023 By Silvia Akinyi Odhiambo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Osir Jomoko, who died on 25th September, 1994. CAUSE NO. 660 OF 2023 By Lorna Achieng Otieno, the deceased’s co-wife, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Awuor Wata alias Elizabeth Awuor Otieno, who died on 21st October, 2000. CAUSE NO. E728 OF 2023 By (1) Erick Odhiambo McÓdhera and (2) Godfrey Opiyo Odera, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Achieng’, who died at Manyatta, Kisumu, on 28th December, 2014. CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2024 By George Ouma Otoo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Otoo Abayo, who died at Osiri, Kisumu, on 26th April, 1994. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2024 By (1) Alice Nakinju Aduodoson, (2) Florence Juma Njiri and (3) Harriet Akech Njiri, all of P.O. Box 1248, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widows and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abisalom Njiri Aduodoson alias Absolom Njiri Aduodoson, who died on 13th May, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
