TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E668 OF 2023 By Kenneth Odhiambo Akumu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Orondo Nyawara alias Orondo Nyawara, who died at Awach River, Seme, on 12th April, 1990. CAUSE NO. E721 OF 2023 By Joshua Otieno Ogada, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charlse Ogada Kwaka, who died on 24th April, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
