TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E552 OF 2023 By Jael Osoo Athiany, of P.O. Box 96, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Athiany Sigu alias Ely Jafeth Othiany alias Ely Jafeth Athiany alias Japheth Atiany Sigu alias Japheth Osiany Sigu, who died at Chiga Sub-location, on 20th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
