TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2024 By Joseph Otieno Okiri, of P.O. Box 57–40139, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Okiri Oloo, who died at Katieno Sub-location, Kisumu, on 9th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
