TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 298 OF 2019 By (1) Henry Sikuku Kakai and (2) Simon Kambala Kakai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kambala Kakai, who died at District Hospital, Kimilili South in Kenya, on 2nd January, 2001. CAUSE NO. E202 OF 2024 By John Wanjala Makokha, of P.O. Box 187–50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Makokha Fuaro, who died at South Kanduyi, on 19th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2024 By Ruth Naliaka Wafula, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fred Wafula Naelelwa alias Fredrick Wood Sindani, who died at North Sang’alo Sub-location, on 4th November, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
