TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E207 OF 2024 By Mwangi Macharia, of P.O. Box 399–10200, Murang’a in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Macharia Muchengi alias Yohana Macharia Muchengi, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 28th April, 1990. CAUSE NO. E216 OF 2024 By Josephine Wanjugu Gatembo and (2) Susan Wanjiku Kamau, both of P.O. Box 611–00515, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Njeri Kaira, who died at Umoja, on 26th September, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
