TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2024 By Jason Gatobu, of P.O. Box 30, Kibirichia in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Karuthu M’Buri alias Veronica Gatuthu, who died at Mboroga, on 19th February, 2020. CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2024 By Gilbert Mwenda Kirunguru, of P.O. Box 365–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Rimberia Thiora, who died at Ntima Location, on 1st January, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
