TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2023 By Jacquline Mwikali Mwanthi, of P.O. Box 740–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoka Mwinzi, who died at Nguluni, on 15th November, 1984. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Mukonyo and (2) Mutuku Munyala, both of P.O. Box 740–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Munyala Mutwiwa, who died at Kalandini, Matungulu, on 7th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2024 By (1) Esther Nduku Manga, (2) Irene Ndunge Katua and (3) Jonah Muasya Muisyo, all of P.O. Box 740–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Muisyo Muasya, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 24th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
