E117 OF 2023 By Veronicah Wanjiru, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiku Mbitu, who died at Mathare Hospital in Kenya, on 6th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2024 By James Waweru Kariuki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Wanjiru Kariuki alias Beatrice Wairimu Kariuki alias Beatrice W. Kariuki, who died at PCEA Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 12th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2024 By (1) Edward Leboo Katitia and (2) Isaac Kulet Matano, both of P.O. Box 15889–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Matano Katitia alias Ruben Matano, who died at Upper Matasia Ngong, on 14th August, 1996. Box 45118–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arthur Munene Murithii, who died at Karen, on 18th September, 2001.
