TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2024 By (1) Grace Jerono Kipchumba, (2) Paul Kiprotich Suge and (3) James Kibet Suge, all of P.O. Box 2318–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Koech Lelei & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipchumba Kimirmir, who died at Sertwet Farm, Kipchamo, on 23rd June, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
