TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E281 OF 2023 By (1) Dipak Kumar Jayantilal Shah and (2) Bipin Kumar Jayantilal Shah, both of P.O. Box 618–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saviteben Jayantilalbhai Shah, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 26th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
