TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2023 By Gladys Jeruto, of P.O. Box 922–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Jepkemei Kibet, who died at Illula, on 25th November, 2018. CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2024 By Salina Jeptoo Kurgat, of P.O. Box 81, Kapcheno in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kibet Baloz, who died at Venus Hotel, Eldoret, on 2nd December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
