CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2024 By Jane Wambui Njuguna, of P.O. Box 5–80317, Maugu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njuguna Mbugua, who died at Mirera, on 14th October, 2000.
