TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2023 By Joyce Dama Kambi, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silas Japhet Kambi, who died on 16th November, 2014. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2024 By Benjamin Koi Mwaiha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Koi Chula, who died on 1st June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
