E149 OF 2023 By Stephen Tsanje Saidi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tsanje Saidi Mwangala, who died on 12th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2024 By Sammy Karisa Chocho, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jumwa Charo, who died on 6th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2024 By (1) Daniela Mortelli and (2) Chiara Baldi, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paolo Baldi, who died on 11th February, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
