TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2024 By Francis Karoki Karogo, of P.O. Box 12724–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karoki Karogo alias Kariuki Karogo alias Kihereko Karogo, who died along Jogoo Road, on 25th August, 2019. CAUSE NO E95 OF 2024 By Onesmus Thumbi Ndegwa, of P.O. Box 1121–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Thumbi, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 20th May, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
