TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2024 By Fredrick Odhiambo Odongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odongo Achieng, who died at Upper Kadongo, on 22nd May, 2000. CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2024 By James Guya Jeje, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeje Guya alias Laban Jeje Guya, who died on 16th June, 2003. CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2024 By Prisca Ajwang Odiko, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Nyariro alias Jeconia Onyango Nyariro, who died on 15th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
