TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By (1) Beryne Anyango Matama, (2) Beatrice Adhiambo Matama and (3) Janeaby Atieno Matama, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Matama Ogolo, who died on 20th June, 2014. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By (1) Teresa Onyango Ogoch, (2) Eliakim Osano Okoth and (3) Joyce Achieng Ogoch, the deceased’s widows and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Ogoch Okoth, who died on 15th February, 2009. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By Dominic Ochieng Juma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Juma Rachier, who died on 8th April, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
