Box 222, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Chesilim Koske alias Richard A. Koskei alias Richard C. A. Koske alias Richard Chesilim, who died at Manaret, on 14th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By Francis Kirui Kipngetich, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapsaga Cherono Chumo, who died at Tenwek Hospital, on 12th July, 1992. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By (1) David Kiprono Koech and (2) Joseph Kipyegon Koech, both of P.O. Box 60, Ndanai in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech arap Cheboi, who died at Gelegele, on 28th December, 1976. CAUSE NO. Box 56, Litein in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winnie Cherop Boen, who died at Kapkatet, on 29th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. Box 20, Bomet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui arap Ngasura, who died at Kabisoge, on 4th August, 1981. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2024 By (1) Victor Kipkemoi Cheruiyot and (2) Charles Kipkurgat Sigei, both of P.O. Box 15, Mogogosiek in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsigei arap Cheborgei, who died at Litein, on 12th August, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
