TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E22 OF 2024 By Nashon Kerati Muriri, of P.O. Box 468, Suna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muriri Chacha Getende alias Muriri Chacha, who died on 20th January, 1994. CAUSE NO E23 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Chacha Mwita and (2) John Boke Kihita, both of P.O. Box 53, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marwa Mohono, who died on 15th August, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
